ABOUT US VATSALAYA means “LOVE” as that of a mother towards her child. ‘Vatsalaya’ is engaged in promoting ancient Indian science of Yoga. VISION At ‘Vatsalaya’, our vision is to present Yoga in its true and scientific form across the sections of society in India and abroad. Traditional Yoga teaches us how to attune ourselves with the divinity in nature in order to experience our true state of health, happiness and harmony. These programs are based on the five element theory of nature. Traditional Yoga believes that everything in our Solar system including human beings is made of Water, Earth, Space, Air and Fire. These elements constitute basic needs required to support life. Equilibrium of these five elements is vital for attaining a perfect state of health, happiness and harmony.
