ABDS Counseling Services Pvt Ltd (A Leading Placement Company of India) is hiring HR Recruiter for Rourkela Branch Eligibility- Graduate & above MBA (HR or Marketing) will be preferred Must have computer Knowledge Job Description- a) HR recruiter has to ensure registration of job seekers from different segments or the segments you are assigned with as per your competency to generate revenue for the organization as well as placement of those candidates as per his/her qualification & skill. (b) Screening/short listing of resumes of candidates through database/social networking sites bring in candidates for getting them registered with the company to increase the resume database & generating revenue for the company. (c) Generating revenue by influencing candidates& get them registered with the company from different verticals/segments. (d) Meeting career counseling executives/representatives of various companies/institutes/Academy/organizing job seminars/job fairs/off campus recruitment rallies to enhance the credibility of the company. (e) Ensuring shortlisted candidates being routed to the recruiter on time & a proper follow up for the same. (f) Taking feedback from the HR departments of various companies on a regular basis on new openings (g) Should visit different organisation to gather vacancies for different position.
