We have urgent requirement of "Purchase Engineer" Qualification: BE MECH / DME Experience: 8 to 12 Years Salary Range: 8.00 Lac Per Annum Location: Indapur Job Description: 1. Responsible for Procurement of Foundation Bolts required in street light poles, Telecommunication towers and Transmission towers 2. Responsible for Procurement of Hardware, FRP Domes, Name Plates, for HM accessories, Poles and other Project Orders Releasing orders for capital items required in Pole and Galva plant. 3. Subcontracting- -HR Coil Processing for Cut-to-Lengths and Bending Operations. -Fabricated items like Anchor plates/Templates, base plates etc. -Releasing and monitoring of purchase orders. -Reconciliation of coil weight and actual receipts after processing. -Follow up with the vendors to meet plant demand. 4. Inventory monitoring & reconciliation on 15th and 30th of every month QAD Vs Subcontractor. 5. Monitor and ensure GRN’s are prepared on time for subcontracted items. 6. Monitoring 4(5) Challans and issue of cutting plans as per FIFO 7. Supporting Project team for sending Inquiries, getting Quotes, techno-commercial negotiations for Project requirements during bidding stage. 8. Monitoring supplier performance every 6 month as an ISO requirement. 9. Taking cost saving initiatives and submit cost saving reports at the end of every month.
