Admission open @ Pearl kids International ABOUT US Pearl Kids International(PKI) Preschool, under the guidance of the International Early Learning Standards, provides a program that involves each child in daily activities which allow them to gain experience in social, emotional, and cognitive skills, physical endurance and the foundation for strong values. The classroom provides materials and experiences which allow them to immerse themselves in their learning. The planned curriculum ministers to the needs of each child and allows each child to grow and learn at his/her own developmental level. Our Playschool Program offers children a natural extension of the home environment. The purpose of the Toddler community is to create a safe environment and the opportunity to develop independence, concentration, and self-esteem. The students are also given the opportunity to master the skill of independent toileting. The natural ability of the child to learn is cultivated with a consistent routine within a secure and orderly setting. Outdoor exploration is enjoyed by all Toddlers through their daily walks on our lush property. Gross motor development is strengthened on these excursions, and children develop an appreciation for nature. Expressing themselves through their art work and singing and dancing in our bright, airy Toddler Room and on our Toddler appropriate playground are also a part of the children’s daily routine. Our school, and other Montessori programs that stay true to core Montessori values provide an environment that promotes desirable behavioural attributes, such as having respect for others, being independent, and behaving in a responsible manner.
