Sales Person Tasks and Responsibilities • Generate and qualify leads, Responsible for New Business • Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing hardware or software solutions / services and products. • Source and develop client referrals Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle. • Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects, prepare sales action plans and strategies. • Schedule sales activity, Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations. • Develop and maintain a customer database, Provide account management to an existing territory. • Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports. • Develop and maintain prospect and customer sales list based on strategic marketing data and other Sources for sales leads in records. • Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials • Plan and conduct direct marketing activities, make sales calls to new and existing clients. • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients. • Develop sales proposals and negotiate with clients. • Prepare and present sales contracts, conduct product training and related field of study. • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person. • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity. • perform quality checks on product and service delivery. Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management. • Carry out market research and surveys and participate in sales events. • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development. Education and Experience • Knowledge of relevant computer and Power applications. • Knowledge of principles and practices of sales • Knowledge of customer service principles • Knowledge of basic business principles • Experience in making presentations • Proven ability to achieve sales targets Adaptability • Strong verbal and written communications • Negotiation skills with Clients and vendors
