Role:- Job Description:- Involved in market research Identifying clients for IT software and Non It manpower requirements Generating leads via calls, emails, meetings, directories Exploring new business opportunities Regular follow-up with prospects and maintaining client database Preparing and signing of contract Harvesting client requirements Candidates having experience in acquiring clients for a consultancy/ recruitment firm preferred Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management. *Sourcing & screening candidates for senior level staffing *Development and implementation of our recruiting strategies and processes *Work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
