BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER IN INDIA

Paid role along with expenses, oppurtunity for both part time and full timersResponsible for helping lead the strategic planning process and development of “Go To Market” plans. Works with management to assist in identifying high-value business opportunities, builds out strategic project and communication plans to address these opportunities and leads go to market deployment strategies through to completion. This position is also responsible for working with the extended sales and marketing teams to ensure execution.  Every colleague would have opportunity to become full time employee with pay matching market standards.Role: Marketing strategy is more than just tacticalManage the opportunities available to an organization within the wider context of the marketplace.Manage the resources and openings in the marketplace to leverage those opportunities to an organisation’s best advantage. Consistently communicate with managers to keep marketing strategy and knowledge dissemination about products, services, and goals consistent across the organisation. Identify market demands for new products and services by compiling consumer feedback and conducting market research. Performing high level market research and analysis, determining marketing resource allocations, and reporting findings to upper and executive management.Requirements: Good Communication skillsCreative approach to Market Demonstrated skills in diagnostics, analytics, coordination, collaboration and planningDeep Knowledge of Marketing and BrandingMaster in Marketing/Branding preferred, however not essential
