Location: Delhi Number of positions: 6Stipend/Salary: Rs. Selected candidates will be responsible for collecting fashion outlets data and photographs as per the guidelines set by BUTIKKA.COM. Sourcing/Finding the suitable outlet will be the responsibility of the candidate. Eligibility Criteria:• Must be located in one of the above mentioned cities. • Age should be above 18 years• Should have an Android enabled mobile phone with camera• The mobile phone should be 3G enabled• Should have access to a broadband connection• Should own a personal conveyance (preferred) Additional Information:• Content and support for training will be provided by BUTIKKA head office • Payment will be done on the completion of the target• In case the number of listings reach target limit, an additional incentive of Rs. 50/listing will be given.• Fuel and mobile expenses will be reimbursed on completion of target listings Job Role:• Handling a team of people to make sure that a given set of tasks related to data collection is completed• Coordinating with business development team in head office and ensuring timely delivery and flow of data across various verticals• Preparing daily metrics on the progress of the team• Contribution in strategizing overall operational processes and also in increasing the efficiency of the same Skills Required:• Excellent communication skill Person must be able to communicate with diverse kind of people both in English and local language • Creative approach towards performing given work• Attitude of taking up responsibilities of planning, implementing and delivering the result• Strong analytical skills Person should be able to analyze trends and accordingly act to improve the process• Team Management Should be able to handle a team of people and get the best out of them About BUTIKKABUTIKKA is an online fashion-store search service.
