BUSINESS DEVELPMENT MANAGER IN INDIA

Generating concepts and ideas for new collection based on Indian trends and research.  Research, identify and forecast market jewellery trends and arrange materials accordingly  Co-ordinate and execute design development activities as per client requirement with Product development team.  Getting approvals, making necessary modifications in the product and releasing the same for commercial production.  Complete the product development projects within allotted price point and timelines.  Ensure that final sample meet customer requirements.  Selecting the metal color and gems to be used.  Monitoring manufacturing process till finalized product.  Preparing presentations for delivering lectures in an effective manner.  Co - ordinating with manufacturers and business clients.  Recruiting designers for the team and assigning work as per market trends.  Develop process improvements to ensure product quality and productivity.  Follow best practices to ensure smooth, continuous product development and merchandising operations.  Co-ordinate with Client in preparing product design and detail specifications.  Communicate new product ideas and concepts to Clients.  Review and recommend changes to current product development processes.  Maintain expert knowledge on product development procedures.  Make product updates based on changing business demands.  Maintain product requirements, technical and functional documentations for reference purposes.  Work with client in developing product development plan, budget and schedules.  Provide a leadership role within the team and within the department on all product development and merchandising activities  Enhancing existing collections and designs as per company’s requirement.
