Dear Candidates The Company is hiring on urgent basis for its technical Support Executives. Its an International BPO US inbound process. They are looking for Technical Sales Executive for Day/Night Shift. Its a five days working 2 week offs and giving both side cab. Job Description- A dynamic professional - minimum 10+2 educational qualification.. Experience: Minimum 6 Months Experience in a Tech Support process with a hand in working on remote screens with an International BPO/ITES. Only fresher candidates may apply. Salary 12k to 40k Transport service provided. Meal at work. 5 Days working culture. Job Profile: - Handling US customers thru remote/chat and voice sessions and providing technical support. Completely responsible for troubleshooting Network & OS related issues Should possess excellent knowledge on networking concepts. Should have excellent computer knowledge Remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned systems/peripherals. Diagnosis & resolving of the software issues highlighted/not highlighted by the tech sales and trouble shootings. Skill Set & Competencies: - Good verbal/written communication Good level of knowledge of database concepts, SQL. Basic level of knowledge of any programming language (C or C++ or Java) and Networking concepts Confident and determined approach A high degree of self-motivation and drive Ability to work both, independently and as part of a team Ensure customer satisfaction with resolutions.
