You'll be working with the biggest events like auditions (MTV Roadies, Splitsvilla, Master Chef, SFl),Concerts (Honey Singh, Mikka, A.R.Rehman, Metallica), Sports Events (Airtel Champion League, Airtel Marathon, IPL),Conferences (HT Leadership, India Today Conclave, Aaj Tak Agenda),Movie Premiers, Exhibitions (Auto Expo, Trade Fair,Petro tech), Movie promotions and so on. What is your role. As a Recruitment Manager, you'll be the right and single point of your college. You'll: 1. promote us and part-time jobs in events in Delhi and across different colleges. 2. build a culture of internships and part-time jobs in events within campus through various activities. 3. do social media marketing and on-ground promotional activities. 4. fix meetings with Training and Placement Coordinators/Directors/Principal/Chairman of the college for Cluster Head/College Partnerships Head 5. manage marketing collaterals in the campus at prominent locations to ensure word-of-mouth publicity. 6. tie-up with own and other colleges for fests as Internship/Opportunity Partner. 7. interview and induct people who apply through our website.
