CRM (CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT) IN INDIA
CRM (Client Relationship Management) The CRM Executive will be responsible for driving application development to support Key Business processes, including Sales, Marketing, and Service. They will work closely with Sales/Marketing team to understand the business requirements, define the overall CRM application road-map, and then drive development and deployment of relevant supporting IT systems to achieve business goals. To succeed in this role, you will possess detail-oriented execution skills, technical know-how, strong communication skills and leadership abilities, and a focus on service excellence. This position will report to IMC Head.
