Must know how to close their own calls/take remote access Good communication skills. Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Router, Email and Mac issues. Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution. Should be flexible working in any shifts and 6 days a week. Salary Up to 25 k plus incentives.
