JOB DESCRIPTION:- Inbound Sales and Technical Support Specialists to help customers establish and enhance their online presence by providing web-based technical support, product information, first-rate customer service and Selling products and services as per customer needs. KEY SKILLS:- Customer service oriented in a high pressured environment Provide immediate Advanced Support via chat, and accompanying support via phone when necessary Must possess methodical and deliberate troubleshooting skills Exceptional attention to detail in troubleshooting and documentation Determine course of action based on extremely complex issues in a time-pressured environment, often with only a portion of the information needed to fully analyze the issue Multi-task multiple issues between customers ranging over Windows and Linux platforms in Dedicated and Virtual Dedicated environments Strong knowledge of internet technology Advanced Server Management Windows & Linux, Various Control Panels Advanced understanding of Wordpress development and troubleshooting techniques Experience Required: Accomplished experience selling and servicing technology products or services to small businesses and consumers is a strong plus Ability to deliver stellar customer service while troubleshooting a technical support call Meet or exceed expectations through a metrics driven performance standard.
