CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE(UPSELLING) IN INDIA
No of Vacancy: 20 Required Skills: (i). Basic technical knowledge of Computers. Responsibilities: (i).Responsible to provide product information to US customers over the phone. (ii).Excellent oral & written communication skills in English. (iii).Focused towards meeting organizational objectives with a strong sense of commitment. (iv).Flexibility to work in shifts. (v).Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries. (vi).Build customers interest in the services and products offered by the company (vii).Provide personalized customer service of the highest level. (viii).Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer. (ix).Calling existing customers for the renewal of subscription. (x).Follow up with customers before the expiration of their subscription plan. (xi).Excellent communication skills. (xii).Candidate should be OK with night shifts. Salary: 15K to 35K inhand, Plus unlimited incentives. No Consultancy fee.
