One of our client has urgent requirement for Customer Care Company Profile: Online Food Company Location: Powai, Mumbai The Job Role and Responsibilities: 1) Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints. 2) Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications. 3) Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests. 4) Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation. Skills & Experience Required: 1) Good communications skills 2) Ability to listen and active problem solving skills 3) Good interpersonal skills 4) past 1-3 yrs experience in international call centre.
