JOB DESCRIPTION S.NO POSITION EXPEREINCE AND JOB PROFILE 1 HVAC 5-10 years experience in installation, testing, pre-commissioning, Supervisor- commissioning & operation of large size heating, ventilation & air Testing & conditioning systems comprising of chillers, HVAC equipments, Commissioning cooling towers, piping and building management system, etc. He will also be responsible to maintain all relevant records pertaining to pre- commissioning and commissioning and also ensure that the activities are carried out in accordance with relevant industry standards. Knowledge on relevant commissioning codes like BISRIA, CIBSE, NEBB & ASHRAE etc and trouble shooting analysis would be an added advantage. 2 Electrical 5-10 years experience in installation, testing, pre-commissioning, Supervisor- commissioning & operation of large size MEP projects comprising Testing & electrical distribution systems, lighting control systems,building Commissioning management system, etc. He will also be responsible to maintain all relevant records pertaining to pre-commissioning and commissioning and also ensure that the activities are carried out in accordance with relevant industry standards.Knowledge on relevant commissioning codes like BS, BISRIA, CIBSE, etc and trouble shooting analysis would be an added advantage 3 Electrical 5-10 years experience in installation, testing, pre-commissioning, Supervisor- commissioning & operation of large size MEP projects comprising ELV Testing & systems such as Fire Alarm, Public Address, Building management Commissioning System,etc. He will also be responsible to maintain all relevant (Extra low records pertaining to pre-commissioning and commissioning and also voltage) ensure that the activities are carried out in accordance with relevant industry standards.
