Facility Manager / Facility Engineer Job Summary DESIGNATION: Facility Manager QUALIFICATION: Dip.(EEE) /B.E (EEE) Yrs Of Experience: 0 - 2 yrs CATEGORY:fresher/ Experienced GENDER: Male AGE LIMIT: 35 yrs old Responsibilities and Duties Job Description: Overseeing services including Security, Cleaning, Catering, Electrical repairs, etc Security, etc and their shift management. Overseeing building projects, repairs and renovation. Addressing Electrical, and Plumbing issues through regular preventive and on call maintenance. Maintain good relation with vendors and service providers for work efficiency. Oversee Inventory management of furniture, fixtures etc Coordinate with various departments in conducting events, conference, meetings and VIP visits. Manages the physical appearance of the hostels and ensure it neat and clean. Identifies trends in facility maintenance through attention to various environmental and engineering issues, regular meetings with operations staff, and analysis of maintenance reports.
