First 3 months candidate will be undergoing the training period. 2. After the technology training they will be involved in web application project Development 3. From the 4th month onwards they will be deployed on the main projects / client location according to the projects 4. For Training purpose Candidate has to pay the charges whichever applicable for the same.. Salary Package: From 4th month onwards it will be fixed from Rs.1 Lakh to Rs.2 Lakhs per annum based on the performance.
