Job Description: Front office Executive(Female) Qualification- Graduation Salary: 7,000 to 10,000 Location: Ludhiana Experience: Min 1 Years Job Profile of Front Office Executive: � Attending calls- Receiving, and responding, as pleasantly as possible while trying to provide full information, and support to the caller. Making sure to demonstrate professional and polite responses in telephone responses. � Maintaining important documents, records, and files in a proper and organized manner. � To be of assistance to, the administrative heads of the organization. � Guest relation at Front office. � Responsible for maintaining the telephone registers including call tracking. Preparation of database of Client contacts and updating. Maintain and update contact sheet. � Responsible for ensuring availability of magazines/ brochures in company Eligibility: Only female candidates’ with a pleasing personality and good communication are preferred. � The candidate should essentially be a graduate in any discipline. Pursuing Graduation are also welcome. � Ability to work in team and plan tasks will be highly appreciable. � Good Knowledge of Computer, Good hold on applications like MS-Office and MS-excel will be appreciable. � Should be courteous and polite in mannerism. � Should possess a presentable personality and good command over english language. � Should possess an attitude to serve and help people. � Should know the skill to priorities, multi-tasking ability.
