The role includes setting and achieving individual and team sales target for set revenue and number of leads within set standard timeframe, so the successful candidate will have an aggressive attitude towards growth; international (USA) IT Services sales, knowledge of lead generation in the solutions Required Skills: •A good understanding of B2B lead generation for USA through cold calling and e-mail campaign •Handling mail correspondence, follow-ups. •Team handling to execute strategy and achieving set goals- both individual and team. •Perform Knowledge banking for calling/sales/lead generation purpose. •Scheduling calls for senior management as per the leads/calls target. •Proven ability to Develop productive business development- industry knowledge •Strong leadership and hunting profile. •Very strong oral and written skills in English.
