No of Vacancy: 1 For any Query - Contact - Job Description: Have to take care of end to end recruitment. Recruitment of the candidates, Have to do the work job postings in different job sites. Need to the Screen the resumes of the candidates & make calls to them. Have to handle Telephonic Interviews. Need to Schedule the potential candidates for Direct Interview. At times have to tactfully handle Employee Grievances properly. Have to handle role of documentation. Desirable Profile: Should speak English, Hindi, Bengali. Fluent in English, clear voice. Computer Savvy. Prior Experience of Minimum 3 months Experience as a Recruiter in a Consultancy / International BPO is preferred. Experience in taking interviews, providing training is preferred. Should have positive attitude, well behaved. Experience: 3 Months to 1 year. Salary: Negoitable Education Qualification - PG in HR / PGDM. Duty Hours: 9 am to 6 pm. (Monday to Saturday).
