Job BriefWe are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must look forward to generate leads and be comfortable with Social Media tools, making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and creating leads. You must have extensive expertise and interest towards social media tools like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. to generate hot leads in software development requirements from global clientele. Responsibilitiesâ¢ Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails â¢ Understand customer needs and requirements â¢ Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure â¢ Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas â¢ Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest â¢ Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory â¢ Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals â¢ Perform effective online demos to prospects Requirementsâ¢ Proven inside sales experience or capability to learn in case of a fresherâ¢ Track record of over-achieving quota â¢ Strong social media skillsâ¢ Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools â¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills â¢ Strong listening and presentation skills â¢ Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
