Sales & Marketing Asst. Manager/ sales Associate: Job Description 1. Generate sales leads and develop business by identifying new customer base. 2. Reply to customer’s mail inquiries and follow up for closing the sales. 3. Prepare weekly summary of invoices and PI’s 4. Maintain data bank of invoices, POs and PIs both in hard and soft copy. 5. Responsible for collections of dues from the customers, contact persons, name and mob. No be documented along with his designation. 6. Customer interaction for after sales service. 7. Established new dealers. 8. Prepare monthly sales summary 9. Prepare data bank of prospective customers for generating leads. 10. Revisit clients who have not responding to quotation/PI sent to them. Log the reasons for their not placing the order.
