Position: Tech Support Associate No.of vacancies: 50 Job Description: Customer will call you regarding the issues of the computer related to software issues like pop calls,error code messages,anti virus issues,issues of mac laptops, I pads and I phones etc. Candidates need to solve these issues and charge a certain amount. Candidates Profile: Must Have Experience in Outbound /Inbound Tech Support /Sales for more than 8 months. Must know how to close their own calls. Must have good convincing skills. Must have Fluency in English.
