HR COUNSELOR REQUIRED IN GUINDY IN CHENNAI

Qualification: Any graduate Experience: Min 1 year experience in any target oriented role. Candidates from education industry preferred but not very mandatory Salary: Rs.25000 to 30000 per month (Final on exp, interview performance) Location: Ekkaduthangal, Guindy, Chennai Work Timings: Mon to Sat, 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM Primary Responsibilities: 1. Will be responsible for achieving monthly targets of student registration in training programs of Payroll, Labor Compliance, GST & Taxation Course, Content Writing, Event Management, etc 2. Will be responsible to generate leads from the company website through Chat software & internal database from the company CRM 3. To periodically call all prospective leads for the training programs and ensure a response regarding the registration for the training program 4. To periodically send individual and mass emails to the prospective leads for the training programs from the CRM 5. Will be responsible for all email correspondence with the concerned leads 6. Initiate and Trigger chats for all incoming visitors to the website 7. To update all information relating the to the lead for the respective training program in the company CRM. The information regarding the lead will be obtained through website visits, phone calls and email campaign responses 8. Prepare weekly status reports on Leads generated, Calls done, Email responded, Potential status from the CRM 9. Update monthly invoice status in the CRM for the registrations done. Secondary Responsibilities: 1. Will be responsible for coordinating the respective training program with the freelance and in-house trainer. 2. Will be responsible for collecting the payment through online and cash for the respective training programs. 3. Will be responsible for training feedback collection and update the same in Google Reviews and Facebook Fan Page
