HR EXECUTIVE - EDUCATION/TEACHING IN INDIA

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. ** Recruitment · Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) · Experience with full-cycle recruiting · Screen incoming resumes and application forms · Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers · Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits · Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire · Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs · Designing and updating job descriptions · Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Indeed, Linkdin etc) · Solid communication skills · 3+ years of management experience in HR · Follow-up Screened candidates for next round interviews · Payroll · coordinating with bank for Account Opening & arranging helpdesk · Handling Payroll Grievances if any · Employee Engagement · Celebrations -Effectively managing employee welfare measures, management employee get together, picnics and parties · Conducting Induction Presentation · Employee query resolving. · Training & Development · Encouraging participation of employees ion various organisational events.
