Job Title / Designation: HR Executive Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Recruitment: •Scout, acquire and retain talent appropriate for current vacancies •Identify and leverage innovative channels for recruiting •Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews across profiles •Negotiate compensation and extend employment offers •Coordinate with the business to identify the hiring needs and determine the effectiveness of our recruiting plans •Manage external partners, if required, to meet hiring needs •Be a brand ambassador through recruiting on campus and networking at relevant events/conferences Employee Management: •Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors Miscellaneous: •Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. •Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records. •Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. •Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
