HR GENERALIST | BHANDUP (W) | EXP.1 YR | RS.20K 25K PM IN INDIA

First Rain is looking for a multi-faceted and driven HR generalist to join our team. This person will have the opportunity to take ownership of a broad range of HR functions at First Rain, from process development and optimization, to performance management, employee engagement and more. Responsibilities: Review, recommend and implement changes to HR processes to ensure best in class satisfaction, optimization, and compliance Serve as primary point of contact for all First Rain employees regarding basic HR issues and procedures, benefits, perks, etc. Advise and support First Rain team leaders on talent management & development, diversity initiatives, employee communication, culture management, performance decisions & actions, and other services in support of achieving goals Partner with the Recruiting team/ partners to support the hiring and retention of top talent, including managing the new hire onboarding process Create, implement, and facilitate training and development initiatives to help our team constantly improve Requirements: Specialization in HR 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a startup environment Good communication skills, and the ability and desire to work in a fast paced team with little guidance, Eng 4 Working knowledge of employment regulations and legislation Experience administering benefits, payroll, and HRIS Experience implementing people and organizational programs including onboarding, performance management, compliance, and professional growth Company Name:- First Rain Exhibits India Pvt.
