Greeting from Anushka HR Services Post -: HR Generalist Location - Bopodi Experience -: 03 to 06 yrs Job Description -: Handle HR operations activities as listed below. Employee Orientation and On-boarding, Conduct Induction Program for New Joinees. Complete all joining formalities for a new employee. Background verification through external agency. Manage confirmation process ensure that the timelines are met and necessary letters issued. Leave and Attendance management using HRMS leave credit, debit, track absence, resolve employee queries related to the process and the HRMS tool. Performance Management Process prepare necessary forms, ensure process timelines are met, issue letters, etc. Exit process which includes clearance activities, exit interviews, coordination with support groups, issue letters and F&F, etc. Employee Query Management and grievance handling point of contact for queries, escalate to the next level if required, guidance to employees on policies and procedures, etc. Handle statutory compliances such as PF, etc. Handle other activities such as reimbursements, group medical insurance, referral, etc. Desired Candidate Profile -: Education: Post graduate degree in Human Resource Management. Experience: 3+ years experience in General HR of which the most recent experience should be with IT Services Company. Excellent communication skills in English.
