Designation: HR Manager For Pharma Machinery Mfg.Co.(One of the Asia s biggest Manufacturer) (Navi Mumbai) Department: HR / ADMIN / INDUSTRIAL REALTIONS Reporting to: Director Qualification: Graduate, Diploma(HR)/ MBA (HR) Min Experience (yrs): 10 YEARS TO MAX 15 YEARS Job Location: Navi Mumbai (Rabale) SALARY: Upto 5 LPA Industry (worked in): Manufacturing and Engineering / Pharma (preferred) Mandatory Skills: Should have used all Channels of Recruitment (Job Sites, Social Media, Campus, Employee Referral, Head Hunting,etc) Should have hands on experience in End to End recruitment across all levels. Should have exposure to On Boarding & Off Boarding Processes Should have experience in Payroll Processing Should have understanding of Compensation Structures Should have Sound Understanding of Performance Measurement System Should have experience in Coordinating of Performance Appraisal process Should have experience in Conducting Employee Engagement Activities Should have experience of Implementing HR Policies Should have experience in handling a workforce of people Knowledge of Statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT,Gratuity, Labor Laws) Hands on Experience in dealing with Labour Union Hands on Experience in dealing with industrial disputes, labour laws and statutory compliances Should have a pleasing personality Should display Good Leadership skills Should have Good Administration Skills Should have Good Interpersonal skills Should have excellent Communications Skills Should be A Self Starter/Motivator Provide full spectrum of HR functions to support company's continuous growth. To Ensure Smooth Implementation of On Boarding and Off Boarding Process To monitor the Time & Attendance of all employees To monitor Salary processing To Develop uniform and comprehensive HR Policy & Manual To ensure discipline is maintained in the organization To facilitate Employee Retention & Productivity To Meet Recruitment Targets within Budgets To implement & monitor Performance Appraisal Process Conducting and Coordinating Training & Development as & when required To conduct Employee Engagement Activities To Ensure Systems & Process are being followed in the Department To Create a Strong Brand Image in the minds of Prospective Employees. To do Cost Effective Employer Branding Upgrading self & team with latest happenings & developments in HR across Industry To ensure necessary Orders, Circulars & Notices are issued on time. Maintenance of Company Records, segregation and grading of top priority correspondences, Classification of Files, Documentation, Archives etc. To maintain cordial relationship with Labour Union To handle Union Related Issues To co-ordinate with legal advisors for any legal issues. To attend court hearings as and when required To deal with all kinds of inspections related to factory and statutory laws To comply with all labor laws To comply by factory Act To Ensure that Statutory Compliances are met Motivating Team Members Succession Planning To ensure development of Team Members who can grow into the next level Making & Analyzing MIS Reports & keeping Management Updated of the same To provide adequate Human Resource, Office utilities, Logistics arrangements and Facilities maintenance and properly manage the Vendors. To monitor the work of outsourced staff and tackling all disciplinary issues with suitable action.
