We are looking for HTML+ CSS Web Designer for the below position in our Organization: Responsibilities: Design attractive graphics, images and all visual elements for online and offline applications Design and implement cutting-edge, light and effective website layouts Develop effective navigation tools online Define and design placement of different design elements on the website and ensure that aesthetic and continuity is maintained in the entire website Ensure designs are fully optimized for multiple browsers and SEO Collaborate with the rest of the technology team to ensure seamless implementation of all design elements Write HTML and Javascripts for designs created Qualifications/Requirements: Ability to create superior, original optimized designs for the Web Basic technical knowledge of how web-based technologies apply to web design such as HTML, Flash, AJAX, Javascript and CSS Effectively manage multiple tasks of varying complexities, work well under pressure Excellent organization and communication skills Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
