We have both Inbound and Outbound processes available for both UK and US shifts with branded BPOs Age: 18 yrs to 32 yrs. 1) Customer Support Executive – U.S shift (6.30pm-3.30am) Attending both Inbound & Outbound calls. Fixed shift from Mon-Fri. Sat and Sun compulsory offs. Freshers and Experienced Candidates with International Voice Experience can apply. Min Experience required is 6m; Max up to 3 yrs exp is considered Edu: Any Graduate (Art & Science graduation preferred) Salary: Fresher: p.m Exp: Max up to 20k+Food+Incentives can be provided. Pickup and Drop facility provided. 2) Technical Support Executive/Customer Support Executive (Semi-Technical process) Inbound Process Freshers must have excellent communication skills to apply. fresher’s can also apply; any international calling experience can apply (technical exp preferred) Max exp required 1 year.
