Urgent Requirement for Implementation Engineer in Infopark Qualification: Diploma | Btech | BCA | Bsc Computer Science | Bsc Electronics | MCA freshers Key Skills: To Implement/Install/Configure Software onsite. To sort out software issues with development team. To develop and modify SQL scripts to install new clients and new functionality for clients. To consult external vendors to configure server domains, routers, firewall, SSL certificate and web services. To assist with client database script customization and troubleshooting. To execute test plans, document issues, communicate and prioritize bugs with development team for new software releases. To work closely with clients and solve customer queries regarding the Implementation of Software. Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Any other duties commensurate with the grade and responsibility level of this position. Requirements: Graduates or applicable combination of education. Good verbal and written communication skills. Should have excellent project management skills. Able to prioritize tasks Quick Learner. Candidates must be willing to travel across the Country. Candidate should have basic knowledge in oracle, SQL,HTML and web browsers.
