INBOUND CALL CENTER REQUIRE FRESHER AGENTS IN INDIA

Job profile: Technical Sales and Non Voice technicians. Description: Agent will take inbound calls from customers complaining about issues they have on their computer, agents job is to diagnose customers computer using teamviewer, then provide all issues and errors found to customer offer plan to solve the issues, then sign up. Once customer successfully bought package, agent need to transfer it to technicians via chat. Requires Agent: Basic English Proficiency skills, background on similar campaign an advantage. *Agent should have a Sales and Technical background Training period will be 1 to 3 weeks Depends on the agents skills to catch up. Training will NOT be charged it's given only to recruited agents and also it's not paid. Salary get started once the calling gets started..
