Responsibilities and Duties: Attending inbound calls resolving the issues of the customer by troubleshooting the problems of the computer / laptops and any other peripherals.once the resolution is given to the customer then the candidates needs to convince the customer to pay towards a plan and then once the payment is made the candidates needs to transfer the call to the technician for the service. Candidate Profile: Candidate must have 6months to 1 year experience in tech support. Should speak in English fluently. Must know how to close their own calls. Must be flexible. Skills and Qualifications: Basic computer knowledge English mandatory Good communication 12 Pass or Any Graduate.
