THE ROLE: We are a fast growing start-up in the education technology sector. We are building great products to make student learning personalized and meaningful. We believe technology combined with right pedagogy can do wonders in improving education standards in our country. In this mission of ours, we are looking for highly motivated ans self - oriented outbound sales representative for our team. This role will require someone to engage with customers over the phone, via - mail, or live chat, so you MUST enjoy these different type of interactions. We strive to deliver a great online experience to our customers, and this will become your speciality. We'll teach you the ropes, but we need someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people, and can help build our brand through amazing customer service. Some of the Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential leads Deliver amazing online experience through phone, email. Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail Ensure customer follow -up all the times Send mails, brochures, catalogues to prospective customers Handle customer needs and requirements. Assist the sales teams, marketing or other department in handing customer request needs. WHO YOU ARE; Fun, easy and going sincere A fast learner, who quickly retains information.
