We are hiring Technical Support Executive (Voice Process) for best International Call Centres / BPO located in Delhi/NCR. Gurgaon, Noida REQUIRED SKILLS: Basic technical knowledge of PCs. Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems like Windows XP. Basic Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet and Networking RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible to provide technical support assistance to US customers. Responsible to troubleshoot the issues related to Desktop, Laptops & Printers. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: •Qualification: Graduates, Undergraduates & Dropouts. •Freshers with excellent communication skills & written English can alsoapply. •Candidate must be OK with night shifts. •Candidates with technical knowledge or technical experience can apply. •Salary: 18K- 45K inhand plus incentives.
