IPHONE 4S WHITE ITUNE ERROR 9 USED CONDITION USEFULL IN INDIA

 iPhone 4S White iTune error 9 used condition usefull parts Selling a used white iPhone 4S. This phone was working perfectly but recently became stuck on the iTunes connection screen when plugged in. When the data/charging cable is unplugged the phone does not stay on. I have tried to restore the phone with iTunes and keep getting an error 9 message. I have no idea whether it is a software issue of if it needs a new battery. I do not know the phone's storage capacity or the carrier it runs on. NOTE -package only Mobile Phone note include charger & box
