Job Description: * Customer Support associate * Technical/ Non-Technical * 0 to 5 years of experience in domestic / international voice, (Any customer Support). * Excellent communication. * Assists with monitoring and tracking incidents to ensure resolution occurs within the Customer Service Level Agreement. * Performs incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/request/issues are communicated effectively and receiving proper management attention. * Predominantly Voice Interaction support and also through email, chat & remote support. * Communication skill * Effective relationship with the client. Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 3,50,000 P.A.
