​What is JOP? IT companies expect fresher with Technical skills and Practical Exposure for the technical skill acquired. Fresher acquire the technical skills either in College or from Institutes, but they lack in Practical Exposure. To fill this gap, Cegonsoft has come up with a concept JOP – Job oriented Project.. Why In cegonsoft? IT industry is vast, but the psychology is simple. Candidates with adequate knowledge in technology with a reasonable communication skill to explain his/her work are preferred. With this as basis, Communication classes were included in the syllabus.
