What's expected from you Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to clientEstablishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. Develop timely and accurate reports for assigned accounts and revise throughout the yearThe ideal candidate Proven account management or other relevant experience.Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals.Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.Knowledge of how to operate a laptop / PC, good typing speed and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.Able to work in low bureaucratic/political environment, outside the box thinker, sense of humility, flexible, adaptable to changing conditions, and be an excellent team player.
