Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs • Handle calls on Raid, SCSI, SAS etc • Assist TCP/IP Networking configuration • Handle Escalations from end users • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. • Configure and Trouble shoot DNS and DHCP related issues • Starting and stopping of services; Run level conceptsFollow the Checklist(s) and Standard Process • Data submission for server outage summary report • Follow up, coordinat for HW fault/spare with OEM vendor and speed up for call closure • Call logging & follow-up action with the principal Vendors for warranty related incidents • Escalate the problem to the Technical Specialist, RTSG or TSG if not resolved • RCA on repeated issues.
