Work primarily in the Bhiwandi production facility, but will also support (both remotely and locally) the nearby Mumbai Marketing Office as required. Install, maintain, upgrade and support all computer technologies in office, call center, shopfloor, and server rooms Perform first and sometimes second line support for all pre-press technologies, including file conversion, transfer, scheduling, ganging, ripping, etc. with 3rd party and Vistaprint proprietary software and hardware mechanisms Install, configure, maintain and debug Zebra and Laser printer technology Document all undocumented processes and maintain existing processes Operate INFRA Service Desk help desk/ticketing system working within an SLA matrix Perform new hire deployment, including account creation, hardware assembly and software installation, and the creation of a user-specific New-Hire Welcome Packet Handle hardware and software asset management Identify defective hardware and process Return Materials Authorizations when necessary Support 3rd party applications (Microsoft, Adobe, etc.) Learn Vistaprint specific Viper software Maintain Active Directory, and Print server technologies Monitor and execute support for Vistaprint IT systems worldwide as needed, most specifically including other locations in our Most of World (MoW) business unit as part of the MoW IT Ops team which currently supports Melbourne, Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore, and India
