Skilled Required: *Any Post Graduate in HR (MBA/ PGDM) *Should be a good Communicator. * Should speak English, Hindi, Bengali. *Should be a computer savvy. * Experience in the same domain (BPO/ Call Center) will be preferred. *Min 6 months & above of experience in recruitment Profile Job Description: 1. Good knowledge about Hiring. 2. Willing to source candidates using different portal 3. Screening the resumes, shortlisting the candidates. 4. Posting the ads in different portals. 5. Good understanding of recruitment cycle. 6. Need to take telephonic as well as face to face interviews. 7. Provide induction training. 8. Handling employee grievances, documentation. Pay Scale: Negoitable. Shift Timings (Fixed): 9 AM TO 6 PM (Monday to Saturday) PRIVILEGES FOR THE EMPLOYEES: 1. Salary will be provided exactly on 5th of every month. 2.
