Operating Systems, Internet, Printers, Drivers, DELL, Adobe, Networking and so on are resolved by our Technical Support Experts. We are looking candidates for the Inbound Customer Service USA/UK/Australia voice process whose role would be to resolve customer’s queries. Responsibilities: • Ensure timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries received using the standard guidelines. • Provide detail information about the product & services. • Maintain good relationships with new and existing customers. • Taking ownership of complaint and queries and proactively provide the resolution. • Ensure that all customers’ queries are well-investigated and resolved, and escalate queries if appropriate to supervisor.
