Job Responsibility includes recruitment, training, career development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, employment law, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies etc Preference will be given to Candidates having MBA-HR from reputed institutes/ MBA-HR with working experiences with Pharma companies.
