Designation:- ERP Applications Analyst Industry: IT Job Location: Bangalore Qualification: IT Background Experience: Min 5 Years Job Requirement: Overall Purpose of job Reporting to Head of IT, and manage any development requests and enhancements for the ERP solution (QAD). Also manage related systems (stream serve, reporting utilities). Document and provide prompt feedback on global requests for additional business requirements. Key Account abilities: •Global cloud based ERP System administration. •Work with our partner QAD on any development promotion into Test and Live environments. •Manage all aspects of the ERP environment and its related systems. •Resolve any technical issues promptly and provide communication to all stakeholders at all times. •Ensure quick turn around on any customized or specific reporting requirements from the ERP system. •Exposure/experience in Mfg.pro ERP from QAD. (or similar; ERP LN(Infor), AX/NAV (Microsoft), JDE, SAP etc. •Ability to support user issues and processes within a manufacturing environment. •Actively worked on an ERP systems for deployment/enhancement. •Minimum 5 years of experience working with IT ERP applications. •Support analysis and business requirements phases, ensuring the delivery of quality business requirements. •Support and help drive internal/external requirement sessions, assess impacted business areas. •Evaluate with technical teams to understand and review/document the high-level impact of proposed enhancements. •Thoroughly document and train details of all approved changes/modifications. •Report creation and administration from ERP sy
