The JOYDEB SIRCOACHING Institute Ph: provides personality training to young men and women aspiring to become officers in the Armed Forces of the nation, through selection by the Services Selection Board (S.S.B.) In addition, it also conducts special need base human resource training programs for managers and executives in the corporate sector particularly related to value based management. The Institute also runs well-organized NDA, CDS & AFCAT WRITTEN COACHING classes. The institute provides value based personality training, particularly to young men and women aspiring to become officers in the Defence Forces of the country. The institute also extends training and other facilities to the corporate sector on a customized company specific basis. Management games, psychology tests, case studies, self exploration sessions, outdoor problem solving and challenging physical obstacles assist the participants in achieving the particular training objective. Individual interviews and personal counseling are also carried out. The training of the corporate sector is organized in the form of self, the company, loyalty, team work, leadership, efficiency and effectiveness. Time management and communication are special features of the corporate training.
