Hi, Accommodation available for one guy on sharing basis in a 3bhk Flat in Sobha Daisy Apartments, Bellandur, Outer Ring Road. The apartment is located very near to Bangalore Central. Currently 2 guys are staying in the flat. Vacancy is available for One Bedroom. This room is extremely spacious with cupboards with attached bathroom. Charges: 1. Deposit: 40K. New guy moving in will need to pay. 2. Rent: Rent is not equally divided due to size of room and amenities. 10K Moving In Charges: 1. We bought the washing machine recently. New guy will have to pay his share of the machine which is around 2.5K 2. Modem Charges - 500 Other Charges: 1. Cook: -Rs. /- per person 2. Maid: - Rs. /- for cleaning the flat and utensils which comes out to Rs. 375 per person 3. Internet, Electricity Note:The common expenses for the new guy moving in (rent + maintenance + maid + internet + cook + cable + monthly groceries) The house is fully furnished (TV, Fridge, Microwave, Washing Machine, Gas connection) and mattress is also available, so the guy moving in will just need to carry his luggage.
